SUNZ Insurance President Rick Leonard announced today that Alicia Christiansen has been promoted to Director of Sales Operations. Christiansen has been with SUNZ for five years and was most recently Assistant Director of Sales Operations.
Christiansen started with SUNZ as a Senior Account Executive in 2015, and has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, along with the PEO and staffing industries.
“Alicia has shown a strong dedication to our team throughout the years, and we’re excited for her to continue to help grow our sales operations,” said Leonard. “She has excellent customer service skills and a strategic mindset.”
In Christiansen’s new role, she will manage the internal operations of sales as well as continue to provide a high level of customer service to SUNZ’s insureds and brokers.
