Ms. Gagne has placed Property & Casualty insurance accounts since 1986. She offers expertise in areas of Sales and Marketing for Multiple Lines of Insurance Products, Client Services and Management. Her recent focus has been on Workers Compensation in the area of Loss Sensitive products. In her former role as Director of Underwriting and Marketing working for Midwest Insurance Services, (MIS), she was responsible for Marketing and Placement of Large Loss Sensitive Commercial Accounts. MIS handled the Back Office Operations for the Large Deductible Work Comp program for Midwest Employers Casualty Company, one of the Largest Excess Carriers in the country. In this role, she was also responsible for management of a PEO Owned Insurance Company Client. She was managing approximately $43,000,000 in total standard premium with this program prior to joining SUNZ Insurance Company as their Director of Sales in 2009.

She became closely involved in the PEO marketplace in2003, when she was the Director of Property & Casualty for Risk Transfer Holdings, one of the top agencies insuring PEO’s and Staffing Companies. She is an active member of NAPEO.

In the beginning of her career, Ms. Gagne managed a small business unit for Accordia, Inc. In 1991 she joined a local agency in Winter Park, Florida where she served as a Sr. Account Executive for the Principal’s book of Business.

In 1996, she joined Brown & Brown Insurance as a Senior Account Executive in Orlando, Florida managing Large Commercial Accounts focused in the Property Management Industry.

She has obtained her Property & Casualty License, Surplus Lines License, Health License and Professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). She attended Rollins College – Crummer Management Program and has taken a multitude of courses in areas of Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration and Marketing.

She is an effective problem solver and Natural Leader. Her strengths are developing lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues. She is a highly energetic reliable and resourceful individual who believes strongly in ethical business practices and continuous education. Her strong communication skills allow her clients to feel comfortable and trust the information she provides them. Her goal is to exceed the client’s expectations and develop long term future relationships that last beyond the written accounts.
