Fraud occurs through many scenarios such as medical fraud, payroll fraud, social security fraud, identity theft and other forms. These criminal acts affect insurance carriers and the insured’s bottom line through increased rates industry wide.
SUNZ Insurance Company will not tolerate fraud, and is committed through our in-house SIU to investigate and prosecute workers’ compensation fraud to the fullest extent of the law.
